Full job description

"Based in Hitchin in Hertfordshire, we are a local independent company who take pride in what we do. We work to a high standard and are reliable - because of this most of our work comes through referrals from local people who have loved our service. Join our team today"

We are looking for an Evening supervisor to join our team for 2 -3 evenings per week.

A full clean drivers license is essential and you will need to be comfortable driving a medium size van.

Duties will include:

Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures.
Interviewing applicants.
Coaching and developing employees (cleaners).
Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement.
Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials.
Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
Covering evening cleans when required.
Hours; 2 - 3 evenings per week from 6:00pm - 9:15pm.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.75 per hour
