Job Overview
We are looking for a high-calibre, vibrant, highly articulate, and charismatic Guest Relations & Service Coordinator to elevate our front-of-house experience. This is a unique, dynamic role that blends premium hospitality, floor coordination, and brand promotion.
As the primary touchpoint for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless table service, naturally upselling our premium menu offerings, and acting as the lead brand ambassador for our exclusive new VIP Membership Rewards Plan (We offer significant, uncapped earning potential on top of your hourly wage per sign up). We want a self-motivated, engaging individual who loves connecting with people and thrives in an energetic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Coordination & Guest Experience
- Warmly greet, check-in, and seat guests while setting a welcoming, VIP tone from the moment they arrive.
- Continuously monitor the dining floor, conducting active check-backs to ensure all tables are receiving fast, attentive, and high-quality service.
- Act as the bridge between guests, waitstaff, and the kitchen/shisha bar to ensure a seamless service flow during peak hours.
- Handle any customer inquiries or special requests with empathy, grace, and professionalism.
2. Menu Upselling & Recommendations
- Use expert product knowledge to guide guests through our Mediterranean fusion menu, premium shisha brands, and specialty drinks.
- Proactively recommend and upsell to enhance the dining experience and maximise spend per head.
3. VIP Membership Onboarding & Brand Promotion
- Act as the dedicated champion for our new Shisha Garden VIP Membership Rewards Plan.
- Educate dining guests on the value and exclusive perks of our tiered digital loyalty packages (which include complimentary monthly shisha allocations, priority table bookings, and ongoing food and beverage discounts).
- Guide guests through the digital sign-up process at their tables, actively driving loyalty club growth and long-term customer retention.

Schedule & Availability
- Evening and night shifts (flexible working hours starting from 7:00 PM onwards)
- Weekend availability (Crucial for peak trading hours)
- Monday to Friday shifts available
- Holidays
Experience & Requirements
- Hospitality / FOH Experience: 1 year+ in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or premium hospitality venue (Required).
- Sales / Promotional Skills: Previous experience in upselling, brand promotion, retail sales, or loyalty club onboarding is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build instant rapport with diverse guests.
- Language: Fluent English (Required).
- Attitude: Professional presentation, a warm smile, and an upbeat, "can-do" work ethic.
