About Us

We are a local, family-run bakery known for our delicious range of freshly baked goods. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly and approachable manner.
Take customer orders over the phone and in person, accurately recording details.
Prepare filled rolls and salad boxes to order.
Serve cakes and savoury items, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter and production areas.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Provide holiday cover and assist with flexible shift coverage when needed.

Ideal Candidate

Possesses an NVQ in Customer Service or has experience in a similar role.
Methodical and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate completion of production sheets.
Maths and English to GCSE level or above
A full English driving licence is preferred.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Is a team player who is clean, tidy, and respects the workplace.
Is reliable and flexible, with the ability to cover shifts as required.
Has a passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
