IN SHORT

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Metering Analyst. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing skills or take on a new challenge, where you’ll learn about metering processes and play a key role in ensuring our data is accurate and reliable.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Support the day-to-day management of metering data across our portfolio
Help resolve issues and queries related to meters and data accuracy
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure meters are installed and working correctly
Identify sites that could benefit from SMART or AMR meters and support the upgrade process
Assist with managing data flows and keeping records up to date
Help investigate and fix issues that could impact billing
Contribute to improving processes and ways of working

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

A positive attitude and willingness to learn something new
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel)
Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with different teams
Ability to stay organised and manage your workload
