We are seeking a Handy Man to join our team at JJ Property Services in Blackpool. Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across various properties.
- Handle electrical repairs and installations as needed.
- Assist with plumbing and carpentry tasks to ensure property upkeep.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance or maintenance person roles.
- Own van and tools is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
