Body Kit Stripper & Fitter

Company: Rampage Vehicles. About the Role: At Rampage Vehicles, we don’t just sell vans; we transform them. We are looking for a precision-focused Body Kit Stripper & Fitter to join our production team. This is a hands-on role at the very start and finish of our transformation process. You’ll be responsible for the teardown of factory-standard vehicles and the expert installation of our exclusive, bespoke body kits. What You’ll Be Doing
- De-trimming: Carefully stripping down brand-new Ford Transits, VW Transporters, and Defenders (bumpers, grilles, lights, and trim), ready for the paint shop.
- Precision Fitting: Installing our custom-designed Rampage body kits, spoilers, side skirts, and arches with millimetre-perfect alignment.
- Component Assembly: Refitting lights, sensors, and interior components post-paint to ensure full functionality.
- Quality Control: Ensuring every panel gap is perfect, and every bolt is secure, upholding our reputation for "uncompromising quality."
- Problem Solving: Making minor adjustments to ensure a seamless, "factory-plus" finish on every unique build.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have a background in vehicle mechanics, body repair, or coachbuilding (previous experience with aftermarket kits is a huge plus).
- Meticulous: You treat every vehicle like your own; you’re careful with clips, wiring, and fresh paintwork.
- Efficient: You can work at a pace without sacrificing fit quality.
- Team Player: You’ll be working closely with our painters and sales team to keep the production line moving.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
