Full job description

Clayewater Homes are looking for Skilled Groundworkers. They will join our existing in house team to help deliver our groundworks for existing and upcoming sites in North Devon.

Ideal candidates:

Reliability and having a good attitude towards hard work in an outdoor environment is essential. You must be able to take direction as well as use your own initiative and be a strong team player.

You will have been a Groundworker for over 3 years (Desired)
You would have worked on Residential sites for a Groundworks Contractor or in a similar capacity.
NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Ground working (Desired)
Valid CSCS/CPCS card (Desired)
You will have some of the following tickets: Operative or Supervisor Street works, Confined Spaces, Abrasive Wheels, Dumper/Roller, 360, ADT.
A good attitude & strong work ethic
