Job Title: Bar Staff – Tally Ho! Hatherleigh

Location: Hatherleigh, Devon

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time (flexible hours available)

Salary: Competitive hourly rate + tips

Tally Ho! Hatherleigh is a vibrant and welcoming pub in the heart of Devon. We’re passionate about great food, local ales, and creating a friendly atmosphere for our customers. As we continue to grow and build our reputation as a destination for top-quality pub experiences, we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable bar staff to join our team.

The Role:

We’re on the lookout for positive, energetic individuals who love working with people. You’ll be a key part of our front-of-house team, delivering excellent customer service, pulling pints with a smile, and helping to create the warm and lively environment we’re known for.

Responsibilities:

Serve drinks and food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
Keep the bar and surrounding areas clean and well-stocked
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Follow all health and safety procedures
Work as part of a team to deliver a great customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

Previous bar or hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential – we’ll provide full training.
A friendly, can-do attitude
Good communication skills and a genuine love of people
Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
Over 18 years old (due to licensing laws)
