Overview
Braddicks Leisure is seeking an experienced, professional, well-organised Holiday Sales and Guest Experience Advisor to join its holiday bookings and park team.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors to our Pier House venue, our holiday park guests and callers providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills within a seasonally busy office environment.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong organisational abilities.
Candidates should be aware that there will be some evening and weekend work required on a rota basis.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Responding to potential and current customer calls and emails regarding booking our holiday accommodation and converting these into confirmed bookings.
- Being the first point of contact for any incoming phone calls, redirect as necessary, and take accurate messages
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail and parcel delivery.
- Maintain organised records through data entry and filing systems
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative functions
- Support team members with administration duties to ensure efficient office operations
Experience
- Previous experience of working in a sales, holiday/travel agency or similar role.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) etc
- Experience of using RMS accommodation booking system or similar would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in what can be a busy work environment
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
