Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Bodyshop Manager to lead our vehicle repair team at our Fix Auto Basildon location. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-tier service quality, and maintaining our reputation as a trusted independent motor industry specialist. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the bodyshop team to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of vehicle repair.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain BSI 10125 compliance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Oversea inventory of tools and parts, ensuring availability for repairs.
- Collaborate with technicians and the production manager to ensure adherence to technical standards.
- Promote a positive team environment aligned with MotorAid’s core values.
- Qualifications within Leadership and Vehicle Aftersales - Body Repair.
- Proven experience in automotive Bodyshop management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to vehicle repairs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in vehicle repairs.
- Previous knowledge in using Autoflow preferred but not essential.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.

Excellent Salary £65,000, OTE £82,000 plus Car Allowance.
