SIA Door Supervisor – Great Yarmouth / Gorleston / Lowestoft

Secure & Protect UK

Location:

Venues across Great Yarmouth, Gorleston, and Lowestoft

Job Type:

Part-Time / Self-Employed (Evening & Weekend Shifts)

Pay:

£13.00– £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

At Secure & Protect UK, we pride ourselves on delivering professional, reliable, and customer-focused security services across Norfolk and Suffolk. Our team of highly trained and licensed professionals ensures our clients, venues, and the public remain safe at all times.

We are currently seeking experienced, SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our expanding team for a variety of venues in Great Yarmouth, Gorleston, and Lowestoft.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property

Control access to venues and manage queues effectively

Conduct ID checks and enforce entry policies

De-escalate and manage conflict situations professionally

Provide a visible and approachable security presence

Liaise with venue management and emergency services when required

Record incidents accurately and complete relevant reports

Requirements:

✅ Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential) DBS, EFAW
✅ Excellent communication and conflict management skills
✅ Professional appearance and attitude
✅ Reliability and punctuality
✅ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
✅ Previous door supervision or event security experience (preferred)
