Full job description

Gradegold Catering Ltd is looking for General Food Production Operatives to work in the production packing and warehouse departments of our busy Greenford based factory. The environment is very demanding fast paced and involves working on busy production lines.

You will work to high standards of hygiene and you will wear clean protective clothing, boots, hairnet and beard mask.

Duties include:

Working on Production Line
Peeling and Cutting fruits and vegetables
Placing Fruits into pots, packing vegetables
Operating Machines (after training)
Hygiene /Tray Wash (training given)
Dispatch Packing
Cleaning
Able to thrive under pressure / hard work in a 24/7 business
A high standard of personal presentation
Confident, professional and welcoming personality
Excellent attention to detail
Team worker / team focused
Enjoy a challenge
Basic Food Hygiene
Understanding of HACCP
Understanding of fresh food production
keeping the workplace clean and tidy and fulfil the housekeeping and hygiene after the daily production
