Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Kitchen Sales Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with clients to design customised kitchen solutions, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for interior design and customer service. Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous to serve our diverse clientele effectively.

Duties

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for kitchen designs
Utilise design Compusoft software to create detailed visualisations of proposed kitchen layouts
Present design options to clients, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate informed decision-making
Upsell additional products or services that enhance the overall kitchen design and customer satisfaction
Maintain organised records of client interactions, designs, and sales progress
Assist in merchandising displays within the showroom to showcase available products effectively
Communicate clearly with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
Coordinate with suppliers and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products

Experience

Proven experience in kitchen or interior design is preferred, training will be provided for the right candidate
Proficiency in designs software is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills in English.
Experience in upselling and customer service within a retail or design environment is advantageous
Maths skills for measurements, calculations, and quotations are required
Knowledge of merchandising principles will be beneficial for showroom presentation tasks
