Ateliers London is a leading British manufacturer of bespoke luxury upholstered and hard case furniture, sought after by distinguished interior designers and architects internationally. Renowned for our work in luxury residential and hospitality projects, our workshop is home to skilled craftspeople and technical designers , merging traditional craftsmanship with innovation to create truly exceptional, covetable furniture.
We are undergoing a significant rebrand and full digital transformation. A fast paced, innovative creative environment , where we are looking for two creative individuals who can work together as a team to deliver the visual content and rebranding output that this moment demands.
Both positions are permanent, fully in-house, onsite roles based at our Park Royal workshop . They form part of a growing in-house creative function that sits alongside our design, marketing and workshop production team .
How These Roles Work Together
These are two distinct roles. The Photographer & Videographer is responsible for all campaign level capture hero shoots, editorial stills and brand film. The Content Producer is responsible for translating that visual output into, on-brand digital communications across social media, marketing campaigns in both still and motion formats. Both roles operate with their own clearly defined responsibilities, but collaborate as peers in a creative environment.
Role One - Photographer & Videographer
The Photographer & Videographer Is responsible for all campaign level photography and videography at Ateliers London, delivering imagery and film that is visually extraordinary and brand-true.
The visual language spans multiple shoot styles: dark, moody evening hero shoots; warm afternoon lifestyle content; and bright, detail forward daytime imagery that showcases our materiality and craft.

Standard hours of work: 40 hours, over 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on the depth of your capability across photography, videography, post-production and motion design.
Responsibilities.
- Capturing and producing all campaign, editorial and brand photography and film in alignment with the visual & creative direction provided.
- Delivering high quality imagery and film that communicates the craftsmanship, materiality and design values that define Ateliers London , across hero, lifestyle and detail focused shoot formats.
- Executing all technical aspects of shoots , lighting, camera operation and composition, maintaining a consistent aesthetic and tonal standard across all outputs.
- Delivering technically excellent raw files and selects, with initial exposure and white balance consistency maintained in-camera, ready for post-production handover to the Content Producer and external retouchers.
- Developing and maintaining Ateliers London's Photography & Videography Guidelines, setting standards for lighting, colour, composition, file structure and tone across all visual assets.
- Collaborating with the R&D, workshop production and marketing teams to plan and coordinate content creation in line with product launches and campaign calendars.
- Maintaining all studio equipment , cameras, lighting and related kit , to full operational readiness, logged and serviced to operational standards.
- Participating in project reviews, using engagement data and campaign analytics to evaluate visual effectiveness and identify areas for refinement.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3–7 years' professional experience in both photography and videography, ideally within luxury furniture, interiors, architecture or the broader design industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro and After Effects as a minimum.
- Skills in VFX or motion design software such as Cinema 4D or After Effects are a desirable advantage.
- Excellent visual judgement and a genuine feel for luxury design storytelling, materiality and craft.
- A collaborative mindset and the professionalism to work at pace within a live manufacturing environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Photography, Filmmaking, Design or Visual Communication is desirable but not essential. Applications are assessed on portfolio.

Role Two - Content Producer

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on the depth of your visual communication capability across content production, social media, video editing and motion design.
You will be responsible for taking all campaign photography and footage captured by the Photographer & Videographer and producing it into brand-ready content across every output channel. You are skilled in post-production; video editing, colour grading across both motion and stills and graphic design production. You will build short-form films for the Adobe Commerce website and social media, produce still and motion-based graphic assets including website banners, brochures and campaign materials, and liaise with external post-production retouchers to maintain quality and delivery standards across all outputs.
Responsibilities
- Planning and preparing visual assets content, ensuring precise alignment with Ateliers London's rebrand and visual identity.
- Designing still and motion based social media assets that apply the rebrand's typography, aesthetic language and brand standards with accuracy and creative confidence.
- Managing and maintaining organised digital asset libraries, ensuring all files are correctly named, archived and accessible to the wider team and external retouchers.
- Coordinating with external retouchers to ensure completed shoots are uploaded promptly and post-production is delivered accurately and on time.
- Participating in project reviews, using engagement data and campaign analytics to evaluate visual effectiveness and identify areas for refinement.
- Capturing and producing editorial and brand photography and film in alignment with the visual & creative direction provided.
Skills & Experience Required
- A strong visual eye and genuine appreciation for luxury design aesthetics, typography and brand storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom and InDesign as a minimum. Premiere Rush is not sufficient for this role; candidates must demonstrate editing and colour grading capability in Premiere Pro and compositing or motion typography work in After Effects.
- Experience managing social scheduling tools and content planning across platforms.
- Skills in VFX or motion design software such as Cinema 4D or After Effects are a desirable advantage.
- Experience in luxury furniture, interiors or design communications is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the professionalism to work at pace within a live manufacturing environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Photography, Design, Visual Communication or a related field is desirable but not essential. Applications are assessed on portfolio.
