Salary: £30,000–£40,000 per annum (depending on qualifications, skills, and experience)

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Business & Procurement Analyst to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in business consultancy and procurement while working on a diverse range of projects across the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify public and private sector tender opportunities.
- Prepare high-quality tender submissions, bids, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct business analysis, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Support procurement processes and supplier relationship management.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Assist clients with procurement, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Maintain accurate project, procurement, and contract records.
- Liaise effectively with public sector organisations, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Support business development initiatives and strategic consultancy projects.
Essential Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, Procurement, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, research, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in procurement, tender management, or business analysis.
- Knowledge of UK public sector procurement procedures.
- Familiarity with Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), Find a Tender Service (FTS), or other procurement portals.
- Excellent report-writing and stakeholder management skills.
