Full job description

Pallinc is a leading supplier of new and reconditioned pallet solutions based at a modern, well invested site at Rand, near Lincoln. We deliver our industry leading solutions right across the UK to a wide range of businesses across every industrial sector.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator who will report to the Commercial Manager, whilst working alongside our Account Management, Operations, Transport and Business Development teams to collectively deliver for our wide-ranging customer base.

This role is predominantly office based, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. There will also be a requirement to work occasional bank holidays, working on a rota with the wider team.

You will be expected to ensure the highest level of accuracy, compliance, customer service and commerciality.

Key Sales Support Administrator responsibilities:

Build relationships with customers, developing strong customer focussed business
Communicating effectively with customers in regards to their bookings, paperwork, order updates and ETAs
Management of account setup
Compiling of weekly sales reports, updates and monthly reporting to the commercial team
Daily booking in of all deliveries/collections with applicable customers
Effectively and quickly resolve customer pricing queries
Organise paperwork requirements as per individual customer needs
Management of price alteration documentation

Key Sales Support Administrator skills and experience:

A sales administration background is desirable but not essential
Customer relationships are key - must have the ability to develop and maintain a great working relationship with the clients
A valid and clean driving license
