Full job description

Company Overview:
We provide healthcare equipment to support healthcare professionals in delivering superior patient care
Our customer base is predominately NHS Trusts and private healthcare organisations across the UK.

Agile Medical is entering a period of exciting growth, following a company acquisition in 2023 and a new strategy focused on developing and launching more of our own manufactured products.

Role overview:
We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our team working across all 3 companies within the group. You will be reporting to the Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

· Managing and responding to emails, answering incoming calls

· Processing supplier invoices, verifying expense claims, and preparing payment runs to ensure vendors are paid on time

· Generating invoices, tracking incoming payments, and assisting with credit control to chase overdue accounts

· Perform weekly/monthly bank reconciliations

· Assisting senior finance staff with month-end/year -end closures, journal entries, and the preparation of VAT returns

· Other ad hoc duties as required.

Key Skills required:

· Previous accounts experience essential

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

· Excellent attention to detail

· Proficient in Excel and experience of Sage preferable

· AAT Part or Fully Qualified

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
