Full job description

Sales Admin & Office Support – FULL TIME, PERMANENT

The Company
Carafax Ltd are a major supplier to the caravan manufacturing and after-sales market. Products are sourced from a range of suppliers both in the UK and abroad, these are sold to trade account customers and retail customers through online websites. We are looking to appoint a new Sales Admin & Office Support worker for our busy operations in East Hull.

Hours
Monday – Thursday, 7:30am until 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am until 2:00pm with ½ hour lunch break.

Main Duties
This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong team in a fast paced but friendly office environment. You will cover a wide range of duties and deal with various internal departments, suppliers and customers.
Some of the main duties will include:-

Processing trade sales orders and website orders
Answering email enquiries and calls from b2b customers
Taking steps to resolve customer enquiries, problems or complaints
Checking payments
Dealing with suppliers to confirm orders, report shortages/discrepancies
Filing paperwork
Keeping information up to date on Excel spreadsheet
Updating stock information and checking availability
Updating websites and internal computer system with product description/photos/prices

The Person
This role will best suit someone who is self-motivated, well organised, and is able to communicate with customers in a professional, efficient and friendly manor.

Key skills will include:-
- Methodical with a keen eye for detail - a high level of accuracy is essential
- Good communication and written skills
- Strong IT skills are a must
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Can work under pressure and thrive in a fast pace environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
