About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment & Sample Operations Coordinator to join the warehouse and logistics team. This is a key operational role combining warehouse management, sample preparation, and close collaboration with our sales team to ensure seamless order processing and timely customer delivery of our luxury fabrics and interiors products.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules
- Create and prepare fabric samples for customers and design partners, including cutting, mounting, labelling, and packaging to brand standards
- Process production orders from raw fabric intake through to finished inventory, tracking stock movements and updating system records
- Liaise closely with the sales team to coordinate sample requests, understand delivery timelines, and resolve fulfillment issues
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory management systems, ensuring real-time visibility of stock levels
- Manage sample inventory and ensure samples are stored and dispatched in optimal condition, minimizing damage or loss
- Arrange and coordinate shipping with logistics providers, obtaining competitive quotes and tracking deliveries
- Support ad hoc warehouse organisation, stock takes, and special projects as required
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or logistics
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and ability to learn warehouse/ERP software quickly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across sales, operations, and logistics teams
- Basic understanding of fabric and textiles is a plus; training provided if necessary
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, varied role with hands-on involvement
Desirable
- Experience in luxury interiors, design, or high-end retail
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar inventory systems
- Experience with international shipping and customs documentation
- Experience with Fabric products
