About the role
You will
-
Work as part of a multi-professional team, delivering holistic care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families

Collaborate closely with families and external services to ensure coordinated, person-centred care
-
Contribute to assessment, care planning, and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care
-
Act as a strong advocate for children, young people, and their families
-
Maintain and develop clinical skills and competencies in line with organisational standards
-
Ensure safe, clean, and welcoming clinical environments, adhering to infection control policies
-
Promote effective communication within the multidisciplinary team and with external agencies
About you
-
RN Child/Learning Disabilities or Adult NMC registration.
-
A compassionate and motivated professional committed to family-centred care
-
Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
-
Passion for paediatric palliative care and holistic support
-
Commitment to continuous learning and service excellence
-
Ideally you will have experience of working with children who have complex care needs and/or a palliative diagnosis.
