Join BSI UK as a Junior Personal Assistant!

Location: London, UK
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Full-time role requiring flexibility to accommodate the Principal’s schedule, including occasional late evenings and weekend availability when needed

About BSI UK:

At BSI UK, we provide high-level business, lifestyle, and personal support with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. We are now looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Personal Assistant to support senior management and assist with a wide range of administrative, travel, lifestyle, and operational tasks.

Your Role:

As a Junior Personal Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth coordination of personal, travel, medical, and administrative matters. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage household and property administration, including utility payments, insurance, taxes, fines, and maintenance coordination

● Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers regarding properties and vehicles

● Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers, restaurant reservations, and event bookings

● Assist with visa applications and travel documentation

● Manage personal errands, online purchases, deliveries, and ad hoc requests

● Coordinate medical appointments, maintain medical records, communicate with healthcare providers, and assist with medication logistics

● Manage club memberships, reservations, and communications with private clubs

● Maintain personal calendars and travel schedules

● Support senior assistants with operational and administrative tasks

● Coordinate arrangements for VIP events and special occasions

● Assist with office administration, supplies, organization, and hospitality arrangements

What You Bring:

● 1+ year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrator, Concierge, or in a similar role

● Fluency in Russian and Upper-Intermediate English or higher

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills

● Excellent communication skills and professional etiquette

● High level of discretion, responsibility, and attention to detail

● Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities

● Confident PC skills, including MS Office

● A proactive mindset and “no task is too small” attitude

● Experience in luxury services, travel, hospitality, or lifestyle management is a plus
