My Gym is the Global Leader in Classes, Parties and Camps for ages 0-10! Classes involve warm-ups, songs, dances, tumbling, gymnastics, obstacle courses, rides, games, relays, sports skills, puppet shows and more. We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented teacher to join our already amazing team and there is also the opportunity to explore management roles for a more experienced candidate. All training is provided and no formal qualifications are required!
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and Assisting structured classes and parties - 75% of your time
- Training/preparation
- Planning parties and camps
- Responding to customer emails and calls
- Marketing/Social Media
- Sales
- Cleaning
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work at least 27 hours per week, including Monday afternoon and at least one day per weekend
- Highly energetic
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with children
- Background in gymnastics, dance, fitness or sports related field preferred
- Effective leadership and motivational skills
- Effective time management
- Adept sales skills
- Clean background check
- Long-term commitment
