Full job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking two motivated Kitchen Helpers to join our food preparation team, specializing in the preparation of traditional Indian snacks. The primary focus will be on assisting in the preparation of Raj Kachori and Gol Gappa (Pani Puri). Full training will be provided, so prior experience is not mandatory; however, a strong willingness to learn and maintain food quality standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of Indian snacks, specifically Raj Kachori and Gol Gappa
Follow standard recipes, portioning guidelines, and hygiene protocols
Prepare ingredients including dough, fillings, chutneys, and accompaniments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
Support chefs and senior kitchen staff as required
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently followed
Assist in basic stock handling and ingredient preparation

Training Provided:

Step-by-step training on preparation techniques for Raj Kachori and Gol Gappa
Guidance on hygiene standards and kitchen operations
Support in learning consistency, taste balance, and presentation

Candidate Requirements:

No prior experience required (training provided)
Interest in food preparation and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
Team-oriented mindset and reliability
Good attention to detail
