Full job description

We are looking for a kitchen team member for our high volume production kitchen in West Norwood supplying our sandwich shop in Borough Market.

Shifts are across Monday - Saturday from 8am - 4pm. Please note this job requires a level of heavy lifting and handling pork products.

Job Responsibilities:

- Following recipes to specification

- Completing prep lists as set by the kitchen manager

- Upholding daily cleaning standards and weekly deep cleaning

- Adhering to food safety guidelines

- Must be able to comfortably lift loads of 25kg

- Recording daily fridge logs and temperature checks

- Receiving and putting away deliveries

There is room to grow within this role, Level 2 Food Safety training will be provided if the successful candidate does not have an in date certificate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.80 per hour
