Wilton House Veterinary Clinic is looking for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and highly collaborative team in a senior clinical capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident clinician looking to take the next step in their career, combining a varied and rewarding caseload with the opportunity to support and mentor less experienced colleagues, while remaining focused on clinical practice rather than management responsibilities.
You'll be joining a supportive team that genuinely values collaboration, continuity of care, and high clinical standards. Working alongside certificate holders in Cardiology, Small Animal Surgery and Small Animal Medicine, you'll have the opportunity to discuss cases, continue developing your own clinical interests, and help support and mentor our new graduate and less experienced colleagues.
Our caseload is diverse and engaging, with patients including cats, dogs, rabbits, small furries, occasional exotic species and backyard chickens. We encourage our vets to work cases up thoroughly and provide the clinical freedom to pursue areas of interest, whether that's surgery, medicine, dentistry, ECC or another passion. You'll enjoy a rewarding mix of consultations and surgery, with exposure to everything from routine procedures through to advanced dentistry, orthopaedic surgery and emergency presentations.

- Friendly, highly experienced nursing and client care team with a strong culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing
As a Senior Veterinary Surgeon, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting the development of the wider clinical team.
