Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team in the UK. Based in the SouthWest region, this role is vital in supporting our daily operations and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, and team members.
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Simpro.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Organize schedules and appointments to optimize workflow.
Support data entry and clerical activities to ensure accuracy.
Assist in preparing reports, certificates and documentation.
Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
Knowledge of administrative procedures within facilities management is a plus.
