Customer Consultant in our YBS Agency based in Llandudno

About the Role- Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Consultant, where you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll deal with the customers savings requirements,handle enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. You will need to be able to travel between our Llandudno and Rhyl offices when necessary

35 Hours per week

You will work 9.00am to 4.30pm Monday ,Tuesday,Wednesday , Thursday & Friday. Saturday mornings from 09.00am. to 12.00pm on a rota basis, for which Time off in lieu will be given

Salary: £24,436

What You’ll Do

Respond to customer queries face to face and over the phone
Provide clear, accurate information and solutions.
Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues quickly.
Maintain accurate records and follow compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A friendly, professional approach with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential—we’ll provide full training!
