Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activities, help grow our brand, and engage with customers.

Responsibilities

Help manage social media accounts and schedule content.
Assist with paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
Support email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Update and maintain customer marketing databases.
Create basic marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, and short videos.
Monitor and respond to online reviews when required.
Assist with creating website and blog content.
Support eBay clearance sales activity.
Help with in-store promotions and marketing events.
Provide stores with accurate, clear POS materials.

Skills

Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proven project management experience or understanding of project workflows.
Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Familiarity with IT systems relevant to marketing functions.
Experience in B2B marketing environments is desirable but not essential.
Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
