The Role
We are looking for talented and motivated Grill Chefs to join our teams Y Beudy Tremadog. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding culinary experiences while contributing to a passionate and dedicated hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Kitchen Operations
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications
Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
Maintain consistency in portion control and presentation
Uphold high standards of food quality at all times
Health, Safety & Compliance
Adhere to all food safety and health & safety regulations
Maintain allergen controls and accurate documentation
Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Follow all Bosworth Leisure Group policies and procedures
Stock Control & Ordering
Manage stock levels effectively
Ensure correct storage and stock rotation
Minimise waste and maximise kitchen efficiency
Order supplies as required
Collaboration & Customer Experience
Work closely with Front of House and management teams
Maintain clear kitchen-to-service communication
Deliver timely service during busy periods
Respond to customer feedback to continuously improve
Menu Development
Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and menus
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall dining experience
About You
Self-motivated and reliable
Passionate about food and hospitality
Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late finishes
Must have reliable transport due to location requirements
