Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Administration Assistant to support our administrative team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their office skills within a professional environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support, managing data entry tasks, and assisting with organisational duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Duties:

Role will include:

Answering of phones
Booking taxi drivers for campaign changes.
Dealing with drivers on the phone and face to face.
Downloading Dictaphone and camera for pictures then uploading information onto our CRM system.
Updating CRM.on a day to day basis
Driver Contracts.
Filing, archiving etc.
Driver enquiries.
General office duties.

Qualifications

Previous office experience or administrative experience preferred but not necessary
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organisational ability are essential for success in this role

The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for learning new skills and contributing positively to our organisation’s operations.

Pay: From £23,175.00 per year
