Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. The Kitchen Staff will support daily kitchen operations, assist with food preparation, and ensure a clean and organized work environment to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Duties
- Control food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing pans
- Support food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Assist in setting up banquet or special event catering as required
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs courteously and efficiently
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests
- Manage the grills and ensure a smooth service for the preparation of tacos and all proteins required through the day
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Experience with bussing, serving, or banquet operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and interact with guests
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with culinary practices, food handling procedures, and hospitality standards
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
