Part of Oak View Group (OVG), Rhubarb is a premium hospitality collective specialising in luxury event catering, restaurant dining and hospitality. Rhubarb deliver unique dining and venue management at some of the worlds most iconic locations.

About the Venue:

Mamma Mia! The Party is a unique combination of ABBA inspired musical theatre and Greek banquet – all within an elaborate setting specifically designed to entertain over 500 guests per show.

Role Purpose:

About the Role: Mamma Mia The Party is seeking a charismatic and energetic Senior Host to join our vibrant team at our London venue. This isn't just any hosting role – you'll be the face of our Mediterranean taverna, welcoming guests into the magical world of ABBA while ensuring they have an unforgettable evening of dining, dancing, and pure entertainment.

What We're Looking For:

Acting background desirable – theatre, film, TV, or performance experience required
Natural stage presence and comfort performing in front of audiences
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
High energy and enthusiasm that's genuinely infectious
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for entertainment, music, and creating memorable experiences

Your Role Will Include:

Greeting and welcoming guests with authentic Mediterranean warmth
Guiding guests through the immersive dining experience, ensuring structure is maintained throughout
Engaging with audience participation during performances
Maintaining character and energy throughout the evening
Supporting the overall theatrical atmosphere of the venue
Leading the team in the absence of the Host Supervisor
