Full job description

We are a fresh and innovative MSP, looking for somebody to join our team.

We are looking someone to oversee our service desk, ensuring that we are providing an excellent quality service to our customers.

Candidates must be able to commute to our office in Sonning and occasionally travel to sites in the Thames Valley and London areas.

Some facts about us:

We are an MSP with a roughly 50:50 mix of business and education customers
We are a small team of 8 technicians
We have intentionally vague job descriptions as we like our colleagues to have a good understanding of the business as a whole and not to be limited in what they can do

Some facts about the person we are looking for (maybe you!):

Essential

Experience of working in an IT support role
A 'can do' attitude and interest in solving problems
Weapons-grade attention to detail, to spot things that are falling through the gaps operationally
Good communication skills
Politeness, courtesy and patience
Driving license and access to a vehicle

Desirable

Experience of the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 platforms
An appreciation of geeky humour
