Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant/Bakery supervisor to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a combination of excellent time management skills, food safety knowledge, and a passion for culinary excellence. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for upselling, we would love to hear from you.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
Prepare hot drinks in accordance with our menu standards and food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring basic maths skills are applied.
Provide recommendations to customers, enhancing their dining experience through effective upselling techniques.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or café nvironment is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
A passion for culinary arts and helping others enjoy their meals is highly valued.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract, Permanent

Pay: £13.50 per hour
