Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Multilingual candidates, particularly those who are bilingual in English and Arabic, are highly encouraged to apply. Also preferred: Passion for sewing.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote store initiatives.
Stay informed about current promotions, product launches, and inventory levels.

Requirements

Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A friendly demeanour with a genuine desire to assist customers.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
