Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced full time manager with Baristas skills & food prep to join The Art House team. Based in eastbourne this role is essential in delivering exceptional service and supporting our creative cafe environment. If you thrive in a lively setting and have at least two years of barista & food prep experience/ management and an arts background we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages efficiently.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Assist with food preparation and maintaining cleanliness.
Support the team during busy periods and special events.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks.
Cover shifts as needed, including evenings and holidays.
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Run workshops & parties
previous management experience desirable
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 year of barista experience & food prep
Knowledge of food safety standards.
Previous kitchen & cafe experience desirable
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong time management abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Basic math skills for transactions.
Creative and fun attitude aligned with our brand values.
Art background as will be running classes & workshops
DBS background check
