Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to assist in the completion of construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the groundworks and the construction side of the company all works undertaken, from the ground up
- Operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and instructions to complete assigned tasks
- Perform general labor duties such as digging trenches, moving materials, and cleaning work Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
