Specialising in all aspects of commercial Building and Refurbishments. Predominately acting as Principal Contractor for many Public-sector clients, local authorities, NHS Trusts, Schools and Centres for Higher Education.
Hill Interior also offer maintenance cover, fast response calls out repairs and currently hold various framework agreements with local authorities. Works undertaken range from building extensions, office fitouts, specialist internal/ external refurbishments Altro Whiterock, all types of floor coverings, painting and decorating, all aspects of partitioning, suspended ceiling, all types of joinery and external Rock panel cladding.
Your New Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter (multi-Skilled) to join our team based in the West Midlands. (Office based in Halesowen). Reporting to the project supervisor, the role will require you to carry out various carpentry works.
The position includes uniform. All training is provided to help you do the job to the best of your ability.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be a fully skilled tradesperson with a background in carpentry, be proficient in secondary trades, ie all aspects of finishes.
You should be a customer focused individual, experienced in working with public and passionate about completing a high-quality job.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Level 1 in basic Construction Skills
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry/joinery/wood occupations
You must have your own tools basic power kit to be considered for this role; all larger items will be issued to you to use.
A CSCS card is preferred.
Have a full UK clean driving licence
You should have an excellent working H&S knowledge and in date training certificates: in asbestos Awareness. Working at Height and Manual Handling.
Pay: £160.00-£190.00 per day
