B2B Sales, Marketing & Growth Lead Construction Industry | Hybrid Working | Redditch

Salary: Competitive + Bonus Opportunities + Company Vehicle
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid Working (Redditch Office & Client Visits)

We're not looking for someone to simply manage social media posts or send the occasional email campaign.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the driving force behind our marketing and growth activities, including:

Developing and delivering creative B2B marketing campaigns that generate opportunities and raise brand awareness.
Building and continuing relationships with existing and new contractors, developers, consultants and key decision-makers across the industry.
Visiting customers, prospects and industry events to strengthen relationships and nurture new opportunities.
Managing digital marketing activity, including social media and Website content.
Monitoring sales and marketing performance and continuously improving results.
Bringing fresh ideas, new initiatives and innovative thinking to help drive business growth.

Essential Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organised, self-motivated and proactive.
Good understanding of marketing and digital communication channels.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in B2B marketing.
Previous sales or business development experience.
Knowledge of the construction industry.
