Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Support professional to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and excellent communication abilities. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a professional environment.

Duties

Managing and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, post, and phone calls
Assisting with data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Sage
Preparing documentation as required
Responding to general enquiries with professionalism and courtesy using proper phone etiquette
Supporting bookkeeping activities including invoicing
Purchasing of licencing relating to 365, Sophos, Domains, and other related software for clients using excel documents to keep track.
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace tools
Experience with Sage or similar accounting software is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst maintaining attention to detail
Previous clerical experience or familiarity with office procedures will be considered an asset

This role is suitable for individuals seeking a dynamic administrative position where organisation and communication are key. The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute positively to our team.

Full time but parttime considered for right candidate

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
