We're looking for a Senior Electrical Design Manager to play a pivotal role on the transformation of Calderdale Royal Hospital. This is a rare opportunity to influence a major healthcare scheme from early design through to delivery, ensuring safe, efficient and future-ready environments for patients and clinicians alike.

What you'll be doing

Leading the electrical design strategy from pre-construction through to delivery
Acting as a key interface between client, consultants, and delivery teams
Driving design optimisation, ensuring solutions are efficient, compliant and buildable
Owning design programmes, coordination and reporting across all phases
Leading collaborative design reviews and technical challenge sessions to reduce risk
Supporting construction, commissioning and handover of critical systems

What you'll bring

Strong experience delivering MEP / electrical design on complex projects, ideally healthcare or similarly regulated sectors
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders
Deep understanding of design governance, risk and statutory compliance
Passion for innovation, modern methods and digital engineering
Degree in an engineering discipline and ideally chartered status
