About the role

This is a full-time role
We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
This is a field based role covering East Yorkshire including Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Hull and York

What you'll do

Support the delivery of the national Learning & Development plan
Monitor completion rates of Core Programmes and use of training hours- communicating exceptions with Retail
Communicate non- completion of training to the relevant individuals enabling improvement
Support shop management and their teams to develop operational skills and knowledge
Work together with Area Manager to ensure all training is on track, develop action plans and review progress
Develop and deliver both face to face and virtual development sessions
Participate in the development of L&D interventions and support Retail Initiatives
Take responsibility to ensure problems are solved efficiently and effectively for my Customers

About you

You will fit right into this role if you:

Have clear communication and presentation skills adapting your style to maximise understanding and impact
Demonstrates a passion for Greggs and delivering Brand Standards through all interventions
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively so your Customers know how you can support them
Builds trust through honesty, integrity and reliability ensuring your Customers feel confident in your ability
Keeps up to date with your Customers evolving needs and strive to exceed their expectations
Self-motivated, strong skills in planning and organised, with good attention to detail, and self-driven- you’ll work remotely and be comfortable planning your own diary
Be committed to your ongoing learning and development, and are ready to work alongside some great people and have lots of fun on your Greggs journey!
Attended Career Pathways Aspiring Leaders (desirable)
Full driving license (essential) as will involve travel
Have advanced IT skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
