Job Introduction
National Grid Electricity Distribution is looking to recruit a resilient, adaptable and collaborative Safety Team Support. You’ll bring a curious, “can do” attitude and a strong willingness to learn. Working with the Safety team, you will help coordinate and deliver positive, proactive improvements in how we lead, manage and talk about safety — ensuring our values of “doing the right thing”, “finding a better way” and “making it happen” underpin everything you do.

What matters is your interest in learning, openness to professional development and a genuine motivation to make a positive difference to safety across our network. This is a flexible role that can be based at any of the South Wales Depots, with flexible hours and hybrid working arrangements available. If you’re ready to support meaningful safety improvements and grow your skills within a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
