Are you an inspirational retail leader looking to take ownership of your own business within a business?

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Store Manager to lead one of our furniture showrooms. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly growing retailer where your success, leadership, and ability to develop people will directly influence the growth of the business.

The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you will have significant autonomy to run your showroom, develop your team, and drive performance. You'll create a culture of excellence where customers receive expert advice, outstanding service, and a first-class shopping experience.

You will be responsible for motivating, coaching, and developing a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the skills, confidence, and product knowledge to consistently exceed customer expectations and commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing showroom team.
Drive sales performance through effective coaching and development.
Create a positive and engaging culture focused on customer experience.
Take ownership of all commercial and operational aspects of the showroom.
Recruit, train, and develop future talent within the business.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators.
Ensure exceptional standards of presentation and customer service.
Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Deliver consistent sales growth while maintaining operational excellence.

About You

Proven experience in a Store Manager, General Manager, or Senior Retail Management role.
A successful track record of driving sales and developing teams.
Strong coaching and leadership skills with a passion for people development.
Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities and maximise performance.
Comfortable working with autonomy and taking ownership of results.
Experience within furniture, home interiors, premium retail, or other consultative sales environments would be advantageous.
Ambitious and eager to progress within a growing business.
