Senior Customer Engagement Manager – UK Based - £35,000 - £55,000 O.T.E £80,000+

Robosol are on the look-out for a dynamic, results-driven hunter to join our team. This is an autonomous role for a candidate who thrives on high volume, proactive outreach and the challenge of identifying and qualifying new prospects. Initially, your primary mission will be to open doors for our senior sales team by setting high-quality, qualified meetings for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft’s flagship product for UK SMEs.

Career progression is available subject to knowledge of industry, system knowledge and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities: The Outbound Hunter

Your initial focus is strictly on outbound activity and qualification.

Prospecting: Continuously researching, identifying, and mapping target companies and relevant C-suite/senior decision-makers within our key sectors (Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing).
Proactive Outreach: Conduct high-volume, strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to engage prospects and generate initial interest.
Master the (BANT): (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology to thoroughly qualify all leads and ensure only high-potential opportunities are passed to the Account Executives.
Pitching and Engagement: Deliver concise, compelling top-level value pitch to secure the ultimate objective: a booked meeting for the sales team.
Pipeline Integrity: Maintain clean and detailed CRM records of all activities, contacts, and qualification status to ensure accurate reporting and handover.
Attend industry exhibitions and shows with a focus on proactively generating new leads and qualifying them on-site.

The Ideal Candidate: Driven and Goal-Focused

1-2 years of proven success in a dedicated SDR, BDR, or Outbound Tele-Sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS/Software.
A true hunter mentality—a self-starter motivated by hitting aggressive appointment-setting targets and a high activity volume.
Demonstrated mastery of the BANT qualification framework.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to confidently and persuasively cold call senior executives.
High energy, resilience, and a coachable attitude with a hunger to excel and progress into a full closing (AE) role.
Experience with CRM management (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce) for logging all outbound activity.
Proven track record contributing to a sales pipeline (e.g., generating meetings that led to £1M+ in qualified pipeline).

Beneficial but Not Required

Experience or familiarity with ERP software solutions (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, SAP, Orderwise, Defacto, Infor, Intact or Khaos Control).
Understanding of processes within Trading Companies.
