Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Manager to support the leadership team within our organisation. Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Contribute to the development of organisational policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively across teams.

Organise schedules and allocate resources efficiently to optimise productivity.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar setting.
Background in teaching or training is highly desirable, with demonstrated ability to educate and motivate others.
