Job Summary:

Global HR Hub Ltd is seeking a Chief Global Talent Officer to lead the organisation's global talent strategy, strengthen workforce capabilities, and drive excellence across talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR executive who enjoys building high-performing teams, shaping organisational culture, and developing people strategies that support international business growth. What you'll do:

Develop and lead the company's global talent and people strategy.
Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and organisational development programmes.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
Build and strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Monitor workforce performance and recommend strategies to improve employee experience and retention.
Lead organisational change, culture development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee HR operations, talent management systems, and people analytics.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
Lead, mentor, and develop HR and talent teams across the organisation.

Requirements:

Experience in human resources, talent acquisition, organisational development, people management, business leadership, or a related field is beneficial.
Previous senior leadership or executive management experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience developing talent strategies, workforce planning, or leadership programmes is beneficial.
Ability to lead organisational change and manage multiple strategic priorities.
Commercial awareness with a passion for developing people and organisational success.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
