About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Joiner with experience in shuttering to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and installing shuttering/formwork for concrete structures, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, fit, and dismantle shuttering/formwork for slabs, walls, columns, and other concrete structures.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
- Use a range of hand and power tools to complete tasks to a high standard.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and concrete teams.
- Adhere strictly to health & safety regulations on site.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Joiner with shuttering/formwork background.
- CSCS Card (Blue).
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong knowledge of safe working practices.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team.
