Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build your career in the telecoms industry? Fibre Telecoms UK is looking for an experienced Quality Controller & Diary Manager to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our sales operations run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality across our telemarketing and business telecoms teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate sales consultants' diaries, ensuring appointments are accurately scheduled and updated.
- Liaise with the Telemarketing Manager to communicate completed deals and appointment updates.
- Ensure appointments are planned efficiently, allowing appropriate travel time between meetings.
- Monitor and assess telemarketing calls to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Provide feedback to help maintain excellent customer service and compliance.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Quality Control department.
- Cold calling if time allows.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year's telecoms industry experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of telecoms sales processes.
- Experience in quality control or call monitoring.
