We are making waves in the menswear industry and if that interests you then you’ll want to know that we have an exciting new opportunity as an Account Co-ordinator to join our Wholesale team based at our new state of the art Head Office at Thorpe Park, Leeds.
As an Account Co-ordinator (Fixed term contract for 6 months), you will play a vital role within our Wholesale team, supporting the delivery of the wholesale & marketplace strategy, ensuring accurate reporting, on time in full deliveries to partners and delivery of the launch critical path. Your focus will be to drive growth by supporting the department and external partners to drive opportunities.
You will be at the centre of daily operations and stock management for your areas, ensuring accurate information is shared internally and externally and that all key administrative milestones are met.
Key duties will be ensuring invoices, payments, and receipts are processed accurately and on time, with strong focus on reconciliations, reporting, and maintaining robust records across all business channels.
Role accountabilities:
- Ensure timely completion of scheduled and adhoc tasks.
- Maintain accurate data within internal and external systems.
- Maintain department critical paths and identify any risk to deadlines.
- Ensure that critical path milestones are met for stock and orders, new product launches and delivery of assets and trading tools.
- Support the team with accurate reporting and analysis and recommending actions as appropriate.
- Ensure partner deliveries are made on time in full, managing despatch out of the business with accuracy and ensure all bookings etc are made in line with customer expectations.
- Product launches and activations across partners and marketplaces are actioned and monitored
- Attend meetings, both internally and externally, contributing where able.
- Build key relationships around the business and with external partners.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- You will be a strategic and commercial thinking and have a passion for delivering results.
- Ideally you will have an account management, merchandising, buying, fashion or textiles degree.
- At least 6 months experience working in a key account environment with an understanding of basic retail and account management principles.
